When I first came in the lady at the front desk didn't even acknowledge me I sign in and sat down. then she called me up stated that she needed she need my id and my insurance card I didn't have my physical card but I had my virtual card she said she can't take my virtual card this is not my first time coming here the other time I came the lady took my virtual card without a problem I didn't see what was the problem is this time even though the last time they said I had to pay the next time I come I'm so unhappy I didn't even get to see the doctor

Dr Ferguson is a really nice guy and has great interpersonal skills. However the management of his office is the worse and unfortunately I will looking for a new doctor. My appointment time was 10:30 am ET and at 1:00 pm ET I was STILL waiting to be seen by the doctor. The waiting room is jammed packed with people just sitting and waiting. This is very inconsiderate of people's time. Understanding that things happen and sometimes they are beyond the office's control, however my last appointment was the same of the waiting and waiting to be seen by the doctor.

The staff is trash, even down to the billing manager. Dr. Ferguson is a good doctor, but his staff needs to be replaced. I am speaking of the staff on Jefferson.

Unfortunately sometimes patients don't understand their insurance and when they don't understand their insurance they blame the staff we do whatever we can to make a patient comfortable and we apologize that some people have an issue with prior authorizations for their insurances hopefully they can call their insurance company and get clarification and understand that it has nothing to do with our office we treat all of our patients amazing and have had great patient care for 25 years
