The "Contact Us" portion of their website appears to work when you submit the form, but no one actually responds to your message.
When you call them for an update on your submission, the CSRs behave as if you're inconveniencing them by calling.
The member services portal is abysmally designed. And registering for an account was also insanely arduous.
Unfortunately, if Heritage Vision is what your employer offers, you're stuck with it (sort of). But if you have a choice, I recommend you do not do business with this company.

Terrible service. It now has been a month since I went to their location at 2678 E. Jefferson Ave, Detroit Mi to get safety glasses through our work program. I have called several times only to be told its because of Covid 19. Funny that I went to Costco Optical for my regular glasses and had them 4 days later. You would think that they would call and find out what's going on with my safety glasses but they have done nothing. Going to be filing a complaint with the director of our safety glasses program.
