Charita and Rayna are super friendly and helpful. I was all over the place but they helped me understand the process and I was having a really shitty day but they changed my mood. I forgot my phone and they took care of it till I was able to get back to get it. They truly deserve the praise and acknowledgement. Thank you
I don't ever post bad reviews but, for this I had to. I went in to pick out new frames the first week of November. No trouble at all with customer service or choosing frames. That was a fine experience. However, I was told I would have the frames back "before Thanksgiving". I called several times to ask when they would be in. I got the call back on December 23rd that my frames were ready. I went right in and picked them up. They handed me the frames and that was it. No fitting, nothing. Obviously, already being annoyed, I just took the glasses and left. I get home and they're completely bent. I cannot wear them. Even if I was just at home watching tv.
Sharday and Rayna are awesome! They were friendly, efficient, and very pleasant to interact with. Thank you for a wonderful shopping experience for my children's frames.
My experience was pleasant and efficient from the moment I booked the exam online, checked in on exam day, consulted with the doctor, updated my prescription, selected my frames, and ordered my new glasses. That was December 31, 2024, a scheduled day off of work due to the holiday. I received my 1st notice that at least one pair of my glasses was ready for pickup. That's when my experience with SVS Vision began to sour. I explained from the beginning of the ordering process that I was only available on the weekends to pick up my new glasses once they arrived. I was assured that the office was opened on Saturdays from 9 am until 3 pm EST, and I could pick them up during those hours. After I received a notice that my glasses were ready, I made an attempt to pick up the following Saturday, January 11th, but the office was closed. I got a call the subsequent Monday after my 1st attempt to take delivery, and I advised the person again that I'm only available on weekends. She assured me that the location would be open on the weekend. Then, I made my 2nd attempt on Saturday , January 18th. The office was closed again with a sign saying it was temporarily closed and an apology. I called and left a message for customer care, and they advised Monday, January 20th, to call before making the 3rd attempt on the following Saturday, January 25th. I did, and again, the office was "temporarily" closed. I visited the office and it never opened on the 25th. At that point, I no longer had confidence that the office would ever open on Saturdays despite the published business hours and the staff stating otherwise. Therefore, I had to lose money and take a day off just so I could take delivery of my glasses. Why should I have had to do that? After paying nearly $1100 above and beyond what my insurance paid, I expected a minimal level of professionalism where if the store sign says they're open on Saturdays from 9am to 3pm, that the staff is there and the store is actually open! Perhaps the hours should be changed to read, "by appointment only" on Saturdays? Better yet, change the sign to reflect the truth, which is that this location isn't open on the weekend. They sent a survey, and basically, it asked my opinion on everything except the part of the process that needs the most attention, taking delivery of my glasses and convenience factor. I completed that survey more than 10 days ago, and I was hoping to avoid writing this review. They've chosen to ignore my request for a call or email so that we could discuss my experience. I guess customer service isn't as important to SVS Vision. An apology for the "inconvenience" after three failed attempts, three phone conversations with the staff, and a loss of a day's wages, does very little to assuage my frustration and disappointment. Needless to say, I will not recommend SVS Vision to any of my family, friends, or affiliates. It's a shame, too, because everything was great until it was time to pick up my new glasses.

The eye exam was fine, but should tell you Upfront about your prescription might not be made if you have a higher RX. I sat there and picked out Eyeglasses. Just to be told can't I get them because it's not available to me. If I would've known that I would've just asked for a copy of my receipt/ RX.
