Dr. Grubb rushed through the appointment, was not welcoming, caring, or kind. She had a perfunctory attitude toward my 80 years old mother. She hardly spent 10 minutes then stated she has other patients she needed to see. I was shocked to hear that and I couldn't ask her pertinent questions as she interrupted me to say that if we have urgent questions we can call and leave a message 24/7. My response was, "yes I have questions but you are saying that you need to see other patients". To which she responded in the affirmative instead of checking her attitude and acknowledge how rude it is to treat us as if we were unwelcome guests. Totally unprofessional and unacceptable especially that we didn't take more than 10 minutes. She did respond to some questions and therefore earned 2 out of 5 pts in this review.
