I've been using the East Lansing location for a few years now. When I go for my annual checkups, I see the same staff there, it's not a 'revolving door' type of employment. The staff (reception, billing, optometrist's assistants and the optometrists) are always very friendly and exceptionally efficient in their work. Though they're efficient, I never feel rushed and they take the time to chat and engage with their clients; all while effectively carrying out their duties. In all, I recommend them to anyone I know is looking for eye care professionals. These folks are just that...professionals.
