Dr Lewis was very nice and friendly. It was easy scheduling. His office was very clean. He was very patient and through. He explained the procedure step by step as he did it. He also explained the after care instructions and followed up on paper. I was in and out within 10 mins. I would definitely refer him.

When I finally was seen 45 minutes after my appointment time it was great. Every step of the way they were caring and great to work with. Very, very busy place.

The pre-op was quite strange. Having my right eye denied after it was ok'd 2.5 years ago. Now I have to go back for a retest. The technician actually held my eyelid open during the test. Did not do that on the left side

I called and had an emergency appointment because I had some debris in my eye. The lady asked me how long it would take me to get there. I said a half hour and I walked in at nine, which was what time my appointment was for the receptionist had two people in front of me And he was taking about 10 minutes apiece getting them checked in when I walked up to him and told him my name he told me I was late and he wasn't sure if they would still see me. I informed him that I wasn't late and that I walked in at 9 o'clock After getting checked in, Dr. Lewis got me right in and looked at my eye. Found the debris removed it and sent me home. He did a wonderful job and I really appreciate the last-minute emergency visit. The only thing I didn't appreciate was the receptionist tell me I was late when I did walk in at 9 o'clock on a last-Minute emergency call. Thanks Jim Lamb

I have seen Dr. Lewis several times now, he has performed 2 surgeries on me, one on each eye. He is an excellent doctor, very professional and friendly. His nursing staff is as well.

I'm unsure about the value of my recent visit, as it didn't lead to any resolution. I clearly mentioned I'm experiencing vision problems, but simply being told "it looks fine" after a basic lens check doesn't address the underlying issue. My concern remains unresolved, and I still don't know the reason behind my vision discomfort. Additionally, the long wait--nearly two months--for an appointment makes the experience even more frustrating.

Dr. Lewis, his assistants, and receptionist, were all very friendly and concerned about an accurate diagnosis and cause. I greatly appreciated this quick painless, surgical procedure. Many many thanks For fitting me into your busy schedule so soon.
