Jodie Gordon was a great doctor! But, I was there on a Saturday prior to this visit. I was prescribed eye drops. My pharmacy, Sparrow Pharmacy Plus in Carson City, never received the prescription. They said it has happened to other people too, but only on Saturdays. Wondering if something in your software prohibits the transmission. Thank you for looking into this problem.

Dr Gordon was excellent. Actually, all the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I am only giving 3 because of the amount of time it took for this visit. I was unable to complete the visit because it took so long. My appointment was at 2:15. At 4:10, I still had not seen the Dr. It was only because I started to walk out that she said she was just on her way to see me. The amount of time I spent waiting is unacceptable. I understand being busy but, it appears that you are either short staffed or you overbooked for the day. You have to understand that your patient's time is just as important as yours.
