Mid Michigan Retina PLC

I highly recommend Mid Michigan Retina, PLC! The staff is amazing, they went above and beyond to comfort me during my appointment. Dr. Aggarwal is great and he healed my eye! I had a mix up with my follow up appointment but they were able to fix it and I was still able to be seen thanks to the amazing staff!

Dr. Aggarwal is fantastic! He is very knowledgeable and will answer all your questions. He is very patient, and you do not feel rushed. The staff is amazing as well. They remember you and make sure you are taken care of. Dr. Aggarwal saved me eyesight. Highly recommended!

Dr "A" saved the site in my eye-- I woke up and had a black DOT right in the center of my left eye. After the examination Dr "A" told me I had a Macular Hole, Most people get this on the outside or inside of the eye however mine developed in the center and it required surgery. I couldn't tell you exactly what was done but my eye was filled with gas to hopefully restructure my eye and fill the hole. Having your eye filled with liquid is a bizarre treatment to say the least but as it evaporated I noticed the surgery did help and the hole was being repaired. Weeks Later - then 6 months on ----- I no longer have the black DOT in the center of my eye - there is slight distortion BUT I CAN SEE out of that eye. I consider Dr "A" skill to be Magic and I will forever be grateful!! THANK YOU DR. "A" !!

Unlike the other review, I have had nothing but great service from Dr Aggarwal. He has always been polite and he always ensures I am properly taken care of before a procedure (numbing). His staff are top notch and very friendly. I have been under his care for my retinopathy for almost 2 years now.

Don't go here... It's all about Dr. Aggarwal! I had a terrible experience with him. The Dr. was extremely rude when I questioned the risks involved in my procedure. He said that he has performed several hundred procedures and it was safe. When I told him that didn't answer my question he became rude and condescending. He seemed more interested in telling me how good he was instead of discussing my procedure. After doing some research, I can see the procedure is safe, easy to perform, and can be done in minutes (...it makes me wonder why he charges so much) But when a Dr. is more interested in asserting his dominance over the patient and more interested in being right instead of learning the patient's medical history, theres a serious issue. I felt like I was dragged into a debate on who's the most awesome person in the world? Is it Dr. Aggarwal or is it Dr. Aggarwal? I wouldn't be surprised if he secretly signs each persons cornea with a laser signature with a statement about how awesome he is!

While Dr. Aggarwal is not overly communicative (sometimes gruff), he was very kind during my surgery and did a perfect operation.

Dr. Agarwall has kept me from going blind. He's treated my Macular Degeneration for the past 20 years. Highly recommend him.
