Steve recently just helped me pick out and customize a new pair of Raybans with my prescription lens in them and I absolutely love them! Thompson Eye Care was wonderful! The service was extremely satisfying and comfortable. The setting was really homey and welcoming. Jessica was a sweetheart and was very personable. She seemed interested in getting to know me and I didn't feel rushed like in other eye care centers I've been to. The overall eye exam with Stephen was great as well. He got to know me on a personal level and took the time to make sure my prescription and contacts were accurate. The price was affordable and they even offered a discount for MSU students! I give this small business 5 stars and I hope it can grow! I will definitely be coming back and recommending it to others.

Excellent Experience! I have been to many different places to get my eyes checked. After reading all the positive reviews I made my appointment. Thompson Eye Care was a bit of a drive for me but the fact that it is easy access off the highway and it is next to my favorite restaurant was a bonus. Upon arrival, there was plenty of close parking, always nice when the temp is near 0 degrees. After walking in I was very impressed how quickly I was greeted by the friendly staff. My wait time was non existent, another nice touch. During my eye exam Dr. Thompson was easy to talk to and was genuinely concerned with the health of my eyes. I suffer from dry eyes due to my line of work and Dr. Thompson offered many solutions I was not aware of. Overall my experience with Thompson Eye Care exceeded my expectations. I enthusiastically refer all my friends and family to experience the same care I received as well as anyone reading this review. Thank You Thompson Eye Care, I look forward to continuing my optical health with you and your staff.

I had a wonderful experience with Thompson Eye Care. I was able to fill out all my paperwork before my appointment which made it easy and quick when I arrived. The staff was very friendly and helpful when making my purchase. I appreciated the knowledge and expertise that accompanied my eye exam and the recommendations that were made. A definite positive and I will be back.

My first visit to Dr. Thompson was this week. I made my appointment online (so easy!) and when I arrived all my paperwork was printed and ready for me. From his front desk employee to Dr. Thompson himself, they were VERY friendly and professional and made me feel completely at ease. Everything was explained to me during the exam, and my glasses are ordered and should arrive within a week. I would definitely recommend this office, and give 5 stars. Sandy Thomas

I love this place! The staff is friendly and flexible to your needs! I moved my entire family to this Optometrist. I have small children, like 2 and 3 years old and Dr. Thompson is excellent with communicating with them. If you are look for a children friendly eye doctor, he's your guy. Very kind and wonderful attitude. Always makes you feel comfortable. Great, light and positive atmopshere!

He was nice and helped me get my prescriptions. But two years ago I asked him if he thinks I would qualify for LASIK surgery and he told me that because I'm far sited I did NOT qualify and I would have to get the more invasive and expensive clear lens exchange surgery if I wanted to go that route. I found out recently LASIK treats both far sited and astigmatism patients so I went in to see if I qualify and I definitely do. This goes to show how he cares more about his business and keeping patients than he does about what they want. But I suppose it's hard to find people who genuinely care about what the patient wants and needs over making money these days. Disappointed that I waited two years to challenge the testimony of this doctor and I wish I went in initially with distrust and asked for a second opinion from the beginning. But now I do not need to worry about having an eye doctor anymore!! Follow up: so far my eye site has been amazing. No issues and the surgery went really well and the follow up did as well. I am thrilled for the first time in my life being able to go without glasses and I am so glad I went through it!

Easily the best optometrist i've been to. It was very clear that the patients care is their priority and the staff is extremely kind and patient. Dr. Thompson worked with me for an hour to find the perfect fit for contacts and to correct issues that have been overlooked in the past. I will, and have, recommended Thompson Eye care to my friends and family!
