I was recommended to this eyeglass shop by my family, and while the prices seemed decent, my overall experience could have been much better. For this to be my first visit, I'm honestly considering not returning. When I first dropped off my glasses, I explained that I wanted to add my prescription to frames I already had and include a tint. The doctor recommended using a thinner lens since my prescription was strong, and I agreed. About a week later, I went to pick them up--only to have one of the lenses crack right as I was about to try them on. Mistakes happen, but I was told the order would be "expedited," which I assumed meant a quick turnaround. Five days passed with no updates. I called several times with no answer, then stopped by only to find the shop closed, even though their posted hours said they were open. That added to my frustration. The following week, I had to call again myself to check the status--no one reached out to me. I was told they'd be ready after 3:30 PM, so I left work early to pick them up, only to be told they weren't actually ready. I don't live close by, so this was very inconvenient. They said I could come back the next day at noon, but then I received another call saying they'd actually be ready at 1 PM. I showed up at 1 and still waited another hour before getting my glasses. The lack of communication and repeated delays made this experience really disappointing. For the amount of inconvenience, I felt more than $25 should have been taken off my bill. I truly hope they work on improving how they communicate with customers, setting realistic expectations, and following up proactively. That would make a big difference in the overall experience.

My experience was horrible. First, I was told the work being done cost more upon I picking up my glasses.I explained to the young lady that she incorrect and her husband did confirm what I said. Second I was treated rude, spoke to in a harsh tone as the young lady working there appeared angry when I wasn't pleased with they're work as it related to my glasses. She slammed the door cutting me off as I spoke and her body language was very intimidating. It was the Cartier logo put on my glasses it was large and smudged. I was told by her that they would not be redoing the logo and that's the way it is. I asked for my original lense to be put back in my glasses and received a refund. I will never return or refer anyone to them.
