Went to this office for my first time exam, getting up there in years. Office is very nice, Staff is friendly. Whole visit went surprisingly smooth. Dr. was very easy to talk to and I appreciated the time he took to go over EVERYTHING that was going on with my eyes, and what to expect moving forward. Answered every question I had in necessary, easy to understand detail. I can't imagine the whole process going any smoother.

I have been a patient of his for many years (over 15). He is very professional and knowledgeable. Staff is very accommodating and are friendly. I have referred several people to him and always a good report.

Warning So when is it ok to tell a customer one thing about the cost of testing on your eyes. Dr suggested a test and when the girls that handle the insurance cost informed me TWO times it was covered under insurance and final cost to me was only $30.00. Then i start getting a bill for over $100.00. When I called to find out why, i was informed that the girls at the font desk where telling customers FALSE information and it was their fault but they would NOT do anything to take responsibility and it was my problem not theirs and they would not take any responsibility for their screw up. BAD BUSINESS SO I WOULD THINK TWICE ABOUT GOING THERE, I WILL NEVER GO BACK I called four times to talk to the Dr and never received a return call back

I love this place. Dr A. is the only doctor that has been able to tell me exactly what is going on with my eyes. The staff is very friendly and I would recommend everyone to him!

I've been comming to this office for years, never had anything bad to say until today and what I just went through is inhumane. I picked out glasses and was ready to pay, then an older lady came over, was rude right from the start as soon as I informed them that my insurance plan said that contacts and glasses were covered which they stated were not. She got super rude from there, as I told her that my insurance plan said both contacts and lenses were covered not just lens's as they previously stated, she told me when I was done and shut up that she would be happy to tell me how I was wrong. After this she stated I was probably a republican, Told me how men shouldn't be making decisions and that I deserved to have my house burn down, laughed at me and stated I was amusing. I made sure the whole place heard me to ensure she didn't get away with her antics. I have been coming to this doctor for years. And have even brought my kids here. To have someone be this in humane over me simply trying to explain my own insurance coverage from my insurance website is mind boggling. To be degrading based on sex of a client, to tell someone they deserved to have their house burn down is beyond unacceptable. Don't go here unless you want to be over charged, and degraded once you bring up that your over charged and publicly degraded.
