Walmart Vision & Glasses

My glasses broke so I scheduled an appointment nearly a month ago. 2 days before the appointment they called me to tell me my new insurance is out of network. Ok. Not their fault. A heads up earlier would have been nice so I could have made new accommodations. I then asked the woman on the phone if I could atleast come get my prescription, so I could do something and get new glasses. She said absolutely. I show up today, having driven a good while to get there, and they tell me my prescription is out of date and they wont give it to me. Why would they not tell me that on the phone while having everything pulled up. Two pretty massive communication failures that have now prevented me from getting proper help for a month.

Jessica in the vision center went above and beyond to help me, and everyone inside was kind, responsive, and quick. I can't say e laugh how much I appreciate their help! Highly recommend

The obstetrician here was very nice and personable. He listened to me and suggested a new type of contacts but insured me I could go back to the old if I wanted. There was hardly any wait time and it was easy to get an appointment even though I have a limited schedule. They were not super pushy with extra services. (You know the tests not covered by Insurance's)I had a good experience here and I never write reviews.

My experience with Dr Ingham was perfection. He is personable and fast. And he takes the time to make sure you're getting the best option. There's almost no wait time even though he is so efficient. The service is amazing and I feel lucky to have found this vision center.

I have never been treated better. The doctor was very thorough and answered all my questions. Jennifer was wonderful and a pleasure to work with. All staff where great. Will never go anywhere else.

I was warned not to go here. What ai was told sounded so ridiculous that I didn't listen. I stopped in because a screw came loose on one arm of my glasses. I'm blind as a bat so could not fix it myself. Thinking about needing a new pair I had been admiring other people's glasses and asked where they had got them. After mentioning mine are lose and wanted to stop in some place and look around, I was told avoid this store. The experience recalled was that they had over tighted the screw so that it had crossed threads and ruined a fairly new set of glasses. Bad enough but another odd detail was the nose pad had been so badly damaged that it needed to be replaced and was going to charge them for it. How do even do that with a tiny screwdriver. All of this sounds to odd and assumed it was a misunderstanding. I check it out for myself. So i did. I was greated by a woman. She was polite and took my glasses back after telling me they are not liable for damages. I was like well they need to be replaced. The worst thing that could happen is the threads are so bad I'll super glue the arm on until I have time to make an appointment. Right? No biggie. Looked at a few pairs while I waited. She brings them back. Hands them to me unfolded. I inspect the arm in question and went on my way. Appreciated the 10 mins it took her. Later that night when I went to put my glasses away, the other arm is so stiff I could not fold them. Why did she even bother with that side is beyond me. So then I looked to the nose pad and a clear clean slice was ran through it! Yeah right lady! I don't know what you think you are pulling but I will never be back here to BUY anything! They did exactly what I was warned about. Verbatim!

I went in for a long overdue exam. The Dr was very nice and Caitlin was very knowledgeable and professional. It was a great experience all around.

I have always had a good experience at this vision center. Dr Ingham is great, he listens, and is very thorough, he explains everything when he's done and answers all questions. That's why they have such great reviews.
