Crane Optical

From the time I stepped into Crane Optical , I was extremely impressed with the staff as well as the level of service, knowledge and professionalism that I received. I walked out of there with a ton of knowledge and my eyesight back, and they had me "in and out", which is key given my busy schedule. Many thanks to this all star cast!

Absolutely wonderful experience every time I go in. Dr. Wu is an amazing, thorough, and kind doc who makes sure to spend time with her patients. The staff is second to none when it comes to picking out the right frames and dealing with insurance. With the new patient portal added I wish I could give them more stars.

I had a new patient exam yesterday and I was so impressed!! Extremely friendly staff and Dr. Wu fine tuned my RX and gave me contacts to try same day which are working out great!! The whole experience was easy and painless and I really appreciated them being right on time since I came on my lunch break. Highly recommend!!

Jeremy worked with me personally to add frames to an existing pair of frames as well as setup my first pair of sunglasses. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. He was extremely knowledgeable and offered many different options, making sure I understood the benefit to cost ratio of each. Their frame options are superb and either rival or exceed some of the big boutiques at a fraction of the cost. I will definitely be shopping with Crane for my next pair of glasses and would gladly recommend that anyone do the same.

This was the most pleasant and pain-free eye exam and frame selection that I have ever experienced. Dr. Wu was professional, understanding, fun and thoroughly efficient. Then came picking out frames - so many choices. Yet, the ladies (Amanda as the main one who assisted med) were enthusiastic to help pick out frames even when I tried out about 30 pairs. The selections were all stylish and they had a broad selection of styles and colors in both metal and acrylic frames. The even looked up additional colors for a frame I really loved and ultimately purchased. I look forward to coming back to pickup my new glasses (I ended up with 3 pairs ) as well as my exam next year - I won't procrastinate like I usually do because I felt at ease and enjoyed my experience.

Dr. Wu is very thorough, explains everything in a manner I can understand. I appreciate her giving me a trial pack of contacts before ordering to see if I like the fit/change. Front desk (blonde who's been there a long time!) is super friendly, personable and knowledgeable I was pleasantly surprised to see how progressive the office has become since my last visit with spinning the wheel, fun prizes, brand name options!

I made an appointment online for 5pm today and I put in my insurance information in, the name, along with a group number and ID number and everything. I didn't get a call all day, so I thought all was fine.. I drive all the way there in this terrible weather just for the front desk lady to tell me they don't take my insurance. She had all day to call me and tell me not to come because they didn't take it, but she was too lazy to do her job so thanks for nothing.

Dr. Wu was the best optometrist I've ever been to. Patient, thorough, a great communicator, and straight to the point. I wish I would have found her earlier!
