Prism Park Optical Studio

The new progressive, transition lenses that I got for my frameless glasses are great and they were less than half the price I was quoted at a major optical store for exactly the same thing. The personal service was professional and friendly. I will definitely come back again and recommend them to my friends. Many places wouldn't even replace the lenses in frameless glasses. I am very pleased.

What an awesome place with awesome staff and amazing frames. I usually can't find any different or cool frames to choose from (especially reasonably priced) but this place has many to choose from. I had to narrow it down to 6 pairs I liked. After much help from the staff, helping me pick the one that looked best on me I chose a pair and because prices were so reasonable I may go back and get my second choice. They were quick to write up my order and get me on my way. Check them out you will not be disappointed.

Looking to support small business/local. Love it! Nichole was so helpful with trying different frames. And I was able to get 2 pairs for less than the price I would pay for one at bigger chains. She also brought them to the Hazel Park location for me to pick up. Would definitely recommend. Fantastic price and fast/friendly service.

This was my first time at Prism Park. I came after a search online for "thinner lenses" lead me here. Nichole and Frankie understood the assignment and could not have been more welcoming to me! They were so pleasant and knowledgeable! I knew I'd come to the right place! They gave me their undivided attention (Much more time than any of us anticipated! Sorry guys, but your patience and your expertise was soooo helpful!) They brought me frame after frame after frame to try on- and had me laughing at their honesty about what looked good on me- and what to definitely stay away from! I had a great experience at Prism! The staff were wonderful, creating a friendly and comfortable environment. Nicole squeezed me in before the holiday and sent appointment/pick up communications. The appointment went smoothly and I received helpful information from Dr. Leland. Shannon and Nicole patiently helped me pick out frames and explained different lens options. And Frankie was very supportive with fitting my glasses and orienting me to looking through bifocal lenses at pick up. I'm so glad this is where I went and I look forward to returning when I need my next pair. Thank you!

They have a great selection of high quality frames, and I'm beyond happy with the glasses I picked out, comfortable, stylish, and exactly what I needed.
