Visited Fraser Eye Care Center today for the first time. I was very impressed with the entire staff. Brooklyn was very good taking my appointment over the phone and got me in very quickly. The front desk lady named Mari, was kind, knowledgeable, and also efficient. The intake nurse/assistant was Heather. Heather was great at her job as well. My eye doctor was Dr. Ward. Dr. Ward was professional and made me feel very comfortable, I knew I was in good hands. Thank you to all of the top notch staff. My entire visit lasted about an hour. I had my eyes checked after an injury, my eyes dilated and then looked at using several apparatus. I will return.

I see (ha ha) two doctors at this location and they are both wonderful. Dr. Dandar monitors my retinas for changes due to plaquenil use, and Dr. Arlie Vanderhoof has been helping me with my dry eyes. They are both kind doctors who I feel comfortable with. I've only seen Dr. Dandar once but she was great. I'll be seeing her yearly and hope that I can continue seeing her for as long as possible. I've been seeing Dr. Vanderhoof for 6+- months now for my dry eyes and I feel like my eye health is safe in his capable hands. With his guidance, my eye health has significantly improved and my dry eyes are no longer as severe. I had no idea what to do for my eyes and without his help I don't know how I would have survived. The office itself can get a little busy but I have never had to wait too long. Everyone at the front desk is kind and easy to talk to for setting up future appointments.

Thank you! Fraser Eye fit me in this afternoon after I had experienced new floaters in my eye. I had never been there and they bent over backwards! They found a tear in my retina. Their retina specialist was out, but arranged an emergency appointment at Advanced Retinal Consultants and I had the tear repaired, I got very lucky! The staff and doctor was amazing! You guys are awesome!

I hate leaving a bad review but this place is horrible with appointment times. My husband's appointment was at 9:10 he was called back at 9:50. Text me from the back after waiting for the doctor for another 30 mins. We left at 11am! The nurse and doctor were very nice but this happens at each appointment we will not be returning.

Corneal abrasion so they put a contact lenses in that wasn't positioned right or something went wrong the very next day I'm in even worse pain and scratching I call them they try to send me all the way out somewhere else because they were busy at the Fraser one. How rude im in pain you wanna send me out of my way when you promised if something went wrong to come right back and you would take care of it. Now I worked and I am right back here in the morning and the least you could do is get me right back instead the front desk puts me behind oodles of other patients when just yesterday I had also waited over an hour to be seen. The Dr was nice but I'm not sure if it's worth the head ache they put you through.

I went to the doctor today, I've had phalizion for six months, the doctor said there's nothing wrong, their computer can't recognize the disease? Waste of money. They advised me to go to another doctor and pay more money there, ridiculous, I do not recommend this institution
