SVS Vision Optical Centers

I have been receiving eye care from SVS Vision Fraser for the past 4 years. The doctor is always very nice, the staff are always very lovely and helpful, and all pairs of prescription glasses I have acquired here have been fantastic. There is a wide-range selection of different spectacle styles/shapes, and I have never had trouble finding something to suit my taste. The one time I was not 100% happy with my frames choice, I was able to swap to a completely different set of frames free of charge due to their 45 day guarantee. Excellent customer service, excellent communication, excellent eye care! I have never had a bad experience here, and for that, Thank you!

This is by far, my favorite location. The customer service is top tier. It does not matter if you are getting help, over the phone or in person. The office is always fully staffed, no long waiting times. Every associate is pleasant, all the time. So, you don't mind who services you. The doctor is spot on. Every year, he takes his time. To answer my questions, he truly cares. I never have an issue with my prescription. I have walked in to get adjustments, with no issues. This is a great location, I always drive the extra distance to come here. Job well done, all the hard work does not go unnoticed. You all are needed and appreciated. My whole family comes to this location and we are pleased.

Doc was cool but the girls up front are very very slow to help anyone. Few months ago tried to get new glasses on a Saturday and waited for over 25 min. I just walked out after that. Only 2 people on a Saturday come on now.

Went to svs Fraser yesterday and the woman asked me what I needed. I told her I wanted to replace the lenses in my frames with new prescription. She asked if I was there before and I said yes. I got the glasses from them. Then she asked do I have insurance. I said yes she then said the glasses are three years old and she doesn't know if they can change them but she was waiting on my insurance. I said I was paying for them so it doesn't matter about the insurance. She said okay go wait in the waiting area. So we went and waited. Another person came in and they were told to take a seat. So the next associate that was available went and helped that person pick up their glasses.another person came in and was told to wait then they got help.i am the first one there and I am still waiting. Another one walks in and a man from the back walks past us and goes help them. I told my husband the next person that comes in and gets help before me I am going to leave. Well someone walks in and they go help him. We get up and leave. I been a customer with them for years and every one else gets helped before me. So long svs I won't be coming back. You just lost a customer.

I was in the Fraser location on Thursday afternoon and I just wanted to shout out Laurie who helped me with my glasses purchase. I've been wearing glasses for over 30 years and I always have such a hard time picking a new frame! Laurie was the most helpful, kind and informative Optician I have ever come across! She needs to be recognized for her greatness of doing her job! I will definitely recommend her to anyone looking for glasses and I will definitely be back! Thanks again Laurie for your help!!

The system in place that calls my cell phone and interrupts not only my personal life and business at a very egregious number. Is grounds for me to contact not only the better business bureau for harassment but also the state of Michigan. I would strongly reconsider your business model because if not for Laurie and Lisa I would never step foot in a svs vision again. If your looking for business that bad I would strongly consider a serious wake up call as well as a hard look at the practices of business in which you up hold. 13 phone calls in two months cold calling is ridiculous again. Try to do better because your practices again are shameful to say the least.

Doctor was nice and thorough but when I asked about glasses size and PD the manager seemed uninterested because I wasn't buying glasses from them that day. She did end up helping but reluctantly.

In all my 50 years of wearing glasses I have never received the kind of care and attention to every detail as I did today when Laurie R. received me at the shop.
