I wasn't greeted when I came in. There was only one other customer in the building. The three employees didn't even acknowledge me until I said someone to one of them. On the other the optometrist was Amazing. She was so laid-back , patient and understanding with my problems.

I have been going to Pearle Vision in Granville MI for years and everyone has always been so nice. This week was so different. I called in to order more contacts because when I did it online it was denied. Anyways, the lady i talked to was not friendly, she hung up on me and blamed it on me. She got my order wrong 2x. I ended having to call that place back 3x to get things right. Honestly it wouldn't bother me so much if she would have just been nicer and apologized for all the inconveniences.
