SVS Vision Optical Centers

I had absolutely no problem calling to see if they had any openings. I was told to come right in. There was no wait before I was helped. I wasn't pleased with the small selection of glasses frames for my insurance, but did find one pair that was acceptable. I only have about a week left before I pick them up and I'm positive that I'll be pleasantly surprised by the results of my vision. Unfortunately I can't remember the young lady's name that helped me but she was So Very Helpful and Friendly. I'd Definitely Recommend the Ivanrest,Grandville location (which is basically off to the Right of the Target parking lot).

DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR INFORMATION! Made appointment weeks prior, showed up 15 minutes early to check in with confirmation email in hand and to my surprise, "theres nothing the system" about me or my appointment I made on THEIR website with my private health information and have confirmations from them. Stay as far away from this place as you possibly can and NEVER share your information with them because it might just disappear.

Everyone was very nice and helpful. I would highly recommend SVS.

First off, Shiela is great! Awesome disposition and very helpful. She's the only reason for giving two stars. Issue is with Ray Ban prescription glasses frame, model #5375. I got the new glasses/frames in September from SVS-Holland. By November, one of the stems was getting wobbly. Soon after, the screw fell out and stem came off. I went back in and the Manager said frames were unique design, with screw that didn't seat into frame like most, and they were unrepairable. They ordered new frames and swapped them out. Same issue is happening two months later, but I'm out of SVS's geographical area for a few months. SVS has proposed remedies, but all have me shipping glasses back to them and going without which isn't an option for me. Net-net, I've got glasses that are months old that simply aren't holding up to daily use and reasonable care. Will have to start over and purchase locally, I guess, until I return to MI in May and am able to have these frames repaired/replaced again. Poor product from Ray Ban being represented/supported poorly by SVS. :-(

These workers are very Proffescional love they service also they careing ,honest working people will keep coming back also close by good hours also .Had my first exam done here the other day the people they are amazing and very caring people will Defefiently reccomnd others go they too

Not helpful at all. The lady I was talking to argued with me that she knows the law of Michigan. Trying to just get my prescription printed and she would not print it because it was expired. She then said hang on. I will put you on hold and then hung up the call on me.

I walked in maybe 5 steps and I state that I am here for an appointment, no greetings or nothing, they don't even tell me to sit down and have a private conversation.Instead the lady at a desk starts talking to me across the room about how much my medical insurance would cover and how much I would need to pay out of pocket. This is not something I appreciate being talked about across the room and all the customers and employees around can hear, it would've been a much nicer and pleasant experience if they had asked me to sit down and talk privately, then I would've definitely spent my money here. Instead I said thank you and walked out and booked an appointment elsewhere.

Such fantastic service! The staff are so friendly, they make you feel so comfortable, they are always smiling ... our doctor was just superb, she took the time with both my husband and myself. Very happy with the service we received!! You need to check them out to see it for yourself! You will not be disappointed!!!!! Thank you SVS!
