Can only say great things. The reception was super polite and helpful. The (I forgot name sorry) but she helped me before the doctor and she was absolutely amazing and tested me. Was easy to talk to. Let me say anything even if it sounded weird to me but she actually made me feel very normal. (I appreciated that.) and the Dr Gappy was amazing. Loved how he explained everything and spent a lot of time addressing concerns. So, I have a strabismus issue. Or esotropia ? Eyes going inwards. Intermittently. He helped explain everything for us and options going forward with age etc. This was a second opinion appointment and I am really glad I came. I feel more comfortable with what's going on with me and more knowledgeable. Thank you.

I brought my mom here earlier today and, unfortunately, we both left feeling neglected. My mom doesn't speak English, so I was translating for her during the eye exam. Instead of being patient, the doctor rushed through the process and even commented that if she didn't answer '1, 2, or same,' we'd be there all day. This made my mom feel pressured and uncomfortable. Because of the rushing, my mom couldn't clearly tell which lens was better for her, and afterward she said she didn't notice a difference because she was being hurried along. In the end, we were told her prescription wouldn't change, but the way it was handled made us feel like her concerns weren't fully addressed. He was polite overall, but the frustration, the rushing, and the neglect of my mom's comfort left both of us feeling ignored, the lack of patience and care toward a patient with a language barrier was disappointing. Patients deserve to feel understood and not rushed through their appointments.

I cannot say enough good things about our experience with Dr.Gappy. My son had a freak firework accident that resulted damage to his eye. We first met Dr.Gappy in the emergency room, where he provided exceptional care during a stressful time. He was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly attentive -- taking the time to explain everything clearly and ensure we felt supported every step of the way. His genuine care and compassion made a lasting impression. What truly stood out was how he followed up personally and made sure we had an appointment at his private practice as soon as possible to continue care. The transition was smooth, and we felt prioritized, not just like another number. This level of commitment and patient-centered care is rare to find. Highly recommend Dr.Gappy and his office to anyone in need of dedicated, skilled, and compassionate eye care.

Great experience with this office! The staff was helpful and friendly while making the appointment and checking in. Dr. Gappy was prompt, thoughtful and thorough. I will definitely continue to use this practice in the future including bringing my children here.

Dr gappy is very nice but receptionist and billing staff are pathetic. I keep getting billed even though I have paid my balance. Receptionist and billing company just blame each other. I do like Dr gappy but will not return due to contracted billing service that is horrible.

Dr.Gappy is very sweet patient and wonderful person. He takes his time to explain each and every aspect. He makes sure we feel comfortable and feel better. He is definitely not commercial and only cares about well being on his patients. Would 10/10 recommend him.

Dr. Gappy has been my daughters' ophthalmologist for almost 2 years. He is patient and takes time to explain and answer all your questions. His explanations were simple to understand. He made the visit fun and entertaining for them. He is a great physician. His professionalism assured that as a mother I made the right decision to trust him with my daughters' care.
