Dr.Nakkash is a true blessing from God, a true advocate for his clients and an expert in eye surgery. I'm not going to just trust my vision to anyone but Dr. Nakkash . Thank you and your staff for excellent service .

Doctor Emad Nakkash is a good person and a good doctor but his assistance are not good. I am talking about them who are seating in the front desk. They are not professional and they are not sincere. There activities are too slow. My daughters appointment was August 29. Doctor suggest her an eye glass. She ordered a glass and the stuff balsam her name she told my daughter you can pickup your eye glass in September 18 but when she go for pickup the staff told my daughter we are very sorry we didn't get your glass for COVID 19 . They show many excuse .Can you come here 26th September. When she go 26th September they told her we are very sorry they doing some mistakes with you. They start there drama again. Again we ordered your glass and we sent your home but still they didn't give her. What's the reason? Why they are so irresponsible? Why they are so lazy? People go to doctor for feeling better but they didn't try to understand .

My appt was at 1145. I arrived 10 mins early. No one seen me until 1245. This is way too slow especially since it was not crowded. I will not be back nor will I recommend. Unacceptable! It's a pass for me.

Went in as a new patient And the fit me in same day fir an emergency. Everyone in the office is kind and friendly. I was very impressed with my care.

Horrid experience at Rochester Hill location. Do not go here!! The female doctor (??) was very rude and dismissive. Before i read 2 lines she said she wouldn't change my prescription. When I couldn't read the chart except for the middle letter, I was told "As long as you can read one letter you have 20/20 vision." The doctor escorted me out. Avoid!

Just down the street from where I live. Nice staff caring doctors who referred me to children's hospital for a specialist for my son's concern. They answers questions clearly and have the tools to check your eyes thoroughly. Thank you. Hazel Park location.

Poor service. Communication is so poor.All the employees need customer service training. Not coming back here. Saff are rude and doesn't have any professional experience

We love Dr Nakkash and his staff. Great people and great care.
