Horrible receptionist! I tried to set up an eye exam appointment in late January for a Thursday and after speaking to a receptionist about availability, I told her I would call back to verify that a Thursday works for me. I called back and left a message saying that Thursdays work and to please give me anytime on the next available Thursday and nobody got back to me. I called in Mid February during business hours but nobody picked up. Today I called again to set up an appointment and they said March 22nd. I will have to go somewhere else now. The Dr. is really good though and that is why I kept calling this place back but it shouldn't take 2 months to get an appointment.

The women that make the appointments are very unprofessional have no idea what they're doing the eye doctor is a great doctor he really needs to get better help in there because they are losing customers everyday

Poor customer service and first time glasses was fine second time my replacement pair is terrible waited to months for them to fix it them never called me I had to call them also my glasses still isn't right the second time she trying to say it's the frame well if that the cases switch the frame instead of trying to put a thick lenses that's just common sense that they lack here I should nt have to tell them that I'm not the eye doctor no I don't recommend anyone coming here and no I won't be back

They busy had wait my turn. Very staff & young that wait on very Good at what she does. Dr. was the best also got right down to the point what was wrong with my eye.

staff is very rude and slow. took 2 hours for an appointment then my glasses were supposed to be in 2 weeks later (already excessive) and didn't show for 4 weeks.... 2 hours for a eye appointment really? also dialeted my eyes before letting me know which frames and having me pick out frames... how does that help me out?

This place is out of date. The waiting room is old. The glass are out of date. 1st and last time here
