My experience was a 10/10 from the moment I walked in. Courteous and helpful in every way. I was called back quickly and my optician Stacy was professional and personable.
Dr. McNeill makes you feel at ease,explains everything he is doing, and encourages you to ask any questions you may have.
All the office staff were professional and kind as well.

First time at this location was not very pleased and wish i couldgiveno stars. My appoartment was at 9:20 am I got there at 9:14 to fill out paperwork. Only to not be called back until 10 am to a room when I was brought back to the room the ma was polite but left her computer open with all the other patients information up for me to see thats a hippa breach. She dilated my eyes I then sat there for 30 minutes until the doctor came in and made the excuse of patents coming in for eye exams and then having 20 different other problems. I have worked in the medical field for 6 years and never have had a doctor blame the other patients for being late thats highlyunprofessional. There's block for those who need more time and he probably should have brought them back to the main focus of there exam. I will not be returning after this.

I've only had great experiences at both Lowell and Ionia offices. Their doctors are kind, personable, and actually take their time to talk with patients. Their front desk staff are also so friendly too. We see them for routine eye care but had an accidental eye injury in our household one morning and they were able to schedule us same day. So glad to have them in our community and our family 100% would recommend them!

This was the best eye doctor clinic I've ever been to. They treated us like family. Very respectful. Very quick.
Explained everything step by step.
I even asked if I could make me an appointment. 2 minutes later the young lady at the desk. Would you like to do it today. I said yes what time is here she said right now. I was like yes amen
And the doctor that works there on wednesdays. He is such a wonderful young man. But his office is in Hastings. He was outgoing. I recommend anybody to go there thank you so much for all your help you are awesome people
