Had a great visit to the Ionia office yesterday. Everyone is always professional and friendly. However, your billing department needs to do better. Last year I received a collections letter for $24. No heads up through the mail, email or phone that I owed anything. That better not happen again. Don't mess with our credit! We pay our Bill's on time always!!

Dr. Patera through Grand Rapids Optholomolgy in Ionia, MI is a very compassionate, smart and caring eye Dr. I've been with him for 20 plus years and he is my favorite eye Dr ever! I had a chemical burn in my eye with my contacts in and immediately Dr. Patera staff got me in asap and the care I received from him weekly and his staff was pnemonial. The extra mile to care for my eyes so I would not have permanent damage., you cannot ask for a better eye Dr then him. Dr. Patera rocks all 10 + stars!!!
