Eyemart Express

As a physician, I have had occasion to work with MANY healthcare professionals and their staffs. I can legitimately say, that I have NEVER had such and incredibly positive experience as I have had with Tairrie the Lead OD tech as well as Dr Darrell Smith. They are both consumate professionals as well as some of the nicest people you will ever meet. I can't begin to express my appreciation for all they did for me today and how incredibly thorough they were as well. They have an very broad selection of frames and lenses that their techs can use to produce your glasses onsite. The prices are also quite reasonable and transparent. If you really value true customer service, low prices, and amazing service, this is the place to come. I know I will ALWAYS seek care here in the future!

Cindy helped pick out my glasses as well as getting my lenses perfect. She's really knowledgeable and makes ones experience great. Also like the doctor too. Has a unique way of having you pick which was better. Lol.

I'm impressed with this Jackson location. Friendly service, decent selections and my glasses were done in 39 minutes. The Dr actually found an issue with my vision that other eye Dr's missed. I will definitely go here in the future for my optical needs.

If you require same day turnaround for replacing your glasses, Eyemart Express is the place to visit.They were fantastic from the time they received our phone call to the time the lab technician customized our family member's glasses. The fifty minute drive was well worth the extra effort, since we had zero options to have glasses replaced on the same day, according to Lenscrafter's personnel. If your vision is such that you can't see well without prescription glasses and you have accidentally broken them, do not hesitate to contact Eyemart Express in Jackson. (It's a shame that the Lenscrafter personnel did not inform us about Eyemart Express.)

Today was my first visit to Eyemart. They were outstanding! My spouse and I both had appointments. We reluctantly made the swap after our previous office (and most of the offices in town) were bought out by a large corporation that seemingly prioritizes speed over quality of care. After visiting Eyemart, I'll never go back to our previous location. The Opthalmic Technician was so kind and communicative. The technician quickly caught an error made by our previous office- it turns out my wife had been wearing the incorrect lenses for over a year! Dr. Smith is, hands down, the best Optometrist I've ever had an appointment with. The exam was comprehensive and did not feel rushed. He was patient, thorough, and took the time to ask questions about our jobs/lifestyle to help guide his recommendations. He recommended new contact lenses that are much more comfortable and better suitied to my lifestyle, yet only cost about half of what I was previously spending. In the end, I bought two pairs of eyeglasses and contact lenses and found them to be very reasonably priced. I've bought most of my glasses online for the past decade because I am so picky. Their selection is both large and stylish and it was easy to find something onsite. The optician was very friendly and helpful without being high-pressure. I was surprised when they told me my glasses would be finished in an hour. I was even more surprised when they were done in about half that time! We will absolutely be back.

This eye care facility is a jem in Jackson! Dr Smith is excellent in care and will make you smile. The staff are all amazing! Great experience all around. Thank you.

Exceptional service, and very professional and courteous staff. So impressed with that doctor and the time he spent with me. They have the latest state of the art equipment and took the time to show me my imaging on a big screen in the patient room privately. I was not rushed through my appointment and great care was taken to make sure I had the right prescription. I bought glasses and contacts from Eyemart; the glasses were ready and under an hour!! I highly recommend Eyemart to anyone interested in better eye health and top notch service! They win my approval and I'll be back for sure. Joy Lundberg.
