I had a great experience with the tele doc this most recent visit. The doctor was very accommodating and listened to my concerns and was willing offer several different options to ensure my comfort related to contact use. Staff was friendly, only giving 4 stars because I was charged $20 for someone to assist with measuring pupil distance because I didn't want to purchase my lenses from the store. My insurance covers a full comprehensive exam which one would think anatomical measurements of my eyes should be included.

The exam was very thorough, and the staff extremely friendly. Would definitely go back. The only negative I have is that they could have a better selection of frames, but I can see how that would be hard as they are just a small store in a dying mall. So far they are the the best for optical that I have been to.

Filled out forms before apoinment, and one asked if you wanted the alternative to dilation for $40. I selected no. They did exam on my child and when I had to pay for exam it was $50. $10 for copay and $40 for the dilation alternative. I was told it was mandetory now. That is dishonest to make it an option then do it, and charge for it anyway. Overall exam wasn't great, we won't be going back.

I have been receiving care at this location since 2015. Two things - All of my experiences, minus the previous office manager Kelly and then the virtual appointments, have been positive and spot on for my needs. Secondly - thank you for bringing a doctor back into the office. This service is by far more important to me than a non aggressive office manager who behaves in a "I know what is best for you and your fit better than you" manner (This also has been rectified in my most recent visit).

Came in for an eye exam and found out there was no doctor in the office- everything was virtual. I wasn't notified of this beforehand. There were nearly 15 minutes of ads while I sat and waited for the first available doctor to connect to a video call. In addition to this, I was given and subsequently charged $40 for a test that I'd declined on my entry paperwork and wasn't asked about in person.
None of the test equipment was cleaned before or after I put my face on it. The room where I was supposed to take out/put in my contacts had no mirror for me to see what I was doing.
I've been going to various other Pearle Visions for years and this is by far the worst I've ever been to. I will not be returning to this location or any other that utilizes virtual appointments.

Kelly and the staff there are great! Every time I go in there, my husband and I walk away laughing. Extremely helpful, friendly and personable. The 3 of us end up chatting about so much and just having a fun time! Kelly is very fun and we appreciate her service. She called our insurance right then and there and found we had an even better plan which was very informative. Everyone there is always great!

Thank you for your great service at Jackson Pearle Vision! The place is clean, staff is friendly, and service is top notch. I recently bought a new pair of expensive glasses and one of the pieces fell off the side. This made the glasses loose and I had to put the old duct tape on them to be able to wear them. Kelly was extremely helpful. She ordered me a new pair right away. The glasses came in quick and the exchange was easy. I would definitely recommend going here.

This was my first time going to Pearle Vision, and I had a very positive experience. The only problem was they were nearly an hour behind schedule, so I did have to wait a long time to see the doctor. Fortunately for me, I was picking out frames so the wait wasn't an issue.
All of the staff were super helpful explaining the costs of the exams, glasses, and contacts as well as how the insurance coverage would work. Rhonda was especially helpful and spent a significant amount of time and care explaining my options to me. I really appreciated her help!
The doctor was very personable and knowledgeable. Currently he is travelling over 2 hours to fill in at Pearle one day a week since their full-time doctor recently retired. I'm sorry I forgot his name, but it's too bad he couldn't work here full time!
I felt very welcome at this office and would definitely recommend it!
