America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses

I want to give a special shout out to the general manager Tammy for helping me out in the store today. My glasses had broke a couple of months ago and I was quite anxious walking into the store because I knew the ( designer ) glasses were unrepairable. As a member of the eye care club ( HIGHLY RECOMMEND ) I got seen within an hour to get my eyes checked and SHE price matched 6 months of contacts for me to get me the best deal. I walked out excited to have gotten my eyes checked and contacts ordered. Then proceeded to spend the time and give me her best advice as to what I should do to get the best deal on a new pair of glasses which will be happening within the next 30 days. The customer service and the understanding that without my glasses or contacts I do NOT have eyeballs ( I can't see anything ). I highly recommend visiting the store America's Best the customer service is UNMATCHED anywhere and in particular Tammy! Thanks Tammy for your help today!

Man, listen. If I could give this place zero stars, I absolutely would. The doctor was cool, the tech was solid, and the receptionist with the colorful hair? Super helpful. No issues there. But then... there was Tammy. At least I think that was her name. Doesn't matter, because WOW. She was insanely rude from the jump -- sarcastic, snappy, just straight-up acting like everyone in the building owed her money. I'm watching the receptionist doing her thing, checking in a patient perfectly fine, and then here comes Tammy marching over like she owns the place. And bro... she starts talking to the receptionist AND the patient like she's scolding toddlers. Full attitude, full hostility. Completely unnecessary. Like seriously, what's her deal? You work in a place where people are literally paying to be there -- maybe try not being an absolute nightmare?? Just a thought. It's been over a week and I STILL think about how ridiculous that interaction was. I paid for my exam and walked out because the vibe was so bad. Would not recommend this place until they get Tammy a vacation, a therapist, or a whole new personality. Zero stars, man. Just... no.

I went in for this "remote eye exam" and let me tell you what worst experience ever! They kept messing up everything! They told me a "manager" wasn't there, I went back the next day and this "manager" is worse than how that exam went almost! Forced me to use my insurance, just wanted my contacts and leave! Plus she can hardly do her job clearly! Her sarcastic smile and grin, looks like a greedy woman! My first time EVER leaving a review and I'll say, they deserve it!

Nice staff but they really botched up my glasses. Totally wrong prescription and gave me headaches. I returned them and they recommended I take my prescription to someplace else. Well that someplace else didn't want to make my glasses based upon their prescription so I was out of luck until next year. Had some other health problems and wasn't able to get in for an eye test and now they are absolutely no help even though I'd been going there for years.

I had the best experience at this location. Everyone was so nice and helpful at this location! Additionally impressive, their technician was super helpful in explaining which tests where best for me vs just up-selling me. Ive been to other locations and this one is by far my favorite.

Got in to see eye doctor in 15mins but It took an hour to finally get fitted for glasses because they only had one person doing the fittings with another employee just setting there. The ad about 2 pairs of glasses for $89 is wrong and then some. Try $200 is what it was. Not happy!!! They better be good glasses when I get them or I won't be back...

Awesome service and staff. Practice manager Tammy, squeezed me in at the last minute. And Dr Windsor was the best. I am extremely grateful.

They were absolutely amazing, everyone was super friendly. They called me the day before you explain how their new process would work and it was a longer appointment but they warned me it might be. The sales associate, Kristin was AMAZING I cannot stress this enough she made me feel so comfortable and excited to try out some new glasses! Love her! I would absolutely recommend this place if you wanted cheaper glasses with great service and quality.
