It was my first time in 15+ years that i've gotten an eye exam. So, of course i went somewhere that i trusted, am holy moly, i LOVED it. I worked with Elise & Tyler and they were amazing! I had my 3 year old with me, and they handled her with such patience and kindness! I of course found me a beautiful pair of glasses, and got everything I wanted with an AMAZING price. It's a shame Google only allows you to leave five stars. Having the eye doctor on your itinerary for "things to do" isn't something you're super thrilled to take part and truly just another box to check off your list, however my experience here was better than the norm, so much so that I felt compelled to leave a review regarding outstanding individuals. ROZ at the front desk is very personable. She helped me pick out glasses in a fun and friendly manner that felt like an early 2000's movie montage of the protagonist transforming into their best self. Elise is fantastic! Professional, patient, and just as cordial. Both individuals are a credit to Pearl Vision and hope they are recognized for great customer service. First time getting glasses and certainly be going anywhere else in the future
