First time here and it was great! It was a little different doing some of it virtually but it went well. Zach was great with the exam part and helping out on what to do. Haley was wonderful at helping me pick out the perfect lenses. I love purple and she took extra time to find every pair that had purple on them that they had. It was truly a great experience!

Sarah Cruz is amazing! I have been getting my eyes checked yearly at RxOptical for almost my whole life, and she is the first one to pin point my prescription so that I am able to see 20/20. She took her time, never rushed me or my questions, and made sure my contacts were perfect before I left. The rest of the staff was so courteous and helpful! And were all so kind while doing so. Thank you Gull Rd. RxOptical!

!st timer here: I called Paige to inquire regarding: contacts prices (Biotrue vs Acuvue). She gave me an estimated price, rebates, etc. There's a rebate code that I need to use. Which the other optical company I went to get my annual eye check for contacts trying to fool me into quadruple amount of price for Acuvue and double the price for BioTrue. And they want the rebate for themselves. While Rx Optical gave me a lower price plus the store discount $50 and rebate $200 which I already received as of this time. I already exchanged the rebate of $200 into Kohl's gift card. AND, I received my one yr. supplies of contacts after 5 days. I highly recommend Rx Optical. Thank you for being honest and you really valued your NEW customer!

Aubrey was so helpful with choosing my frames and working with my two insurances to make sure I got the best options! Zack the tech was so nice, gentle and informative! Also, the other staff was helpful in helping me choose which frames looked best on me! Great Experience!

Aubrey was great today, she has a great sense of humor and very professional! She kept a smile on her person the entire visit- even helpful with choosing new frames, my son didnt find anything he liked on display, so she went to the storage and brought out some different styles and we found a good fit! Aubrey was so great at doing all the test and being able to explain everything to me! Very sweet and personal. Haley helped me pick out some glasses and explained all the extra little details. Overall pretty great experience.

What a friendly and knowledgeable young lady. Paige made buying new glasses for my wife and I a breeze! Very knowledgeable about our insurance benefits and other available discounts. I've stopped in before for repairs on my old glasses and they made the minor repairs for free. I'm not sure you can get better value and customer service than at the Gull Rd. Kalamazoo store!

Paige and Aubrey are just the most wonderful people I could have ever been helped by. Outstanding customer service AND knowledge! So friendly, made a some what stressful situation fun and full of laughter. Thanks for a great experience!
