This was BY FAR the BEST optometrist appointment I have ever had! From the top notch customer service, to all of the help advice and support from the staff. All before even meeting the eye doctor. Dr. Cruce was so professional and knowledgeable. She has a passion for her job, and gave me a better exam than I've ever had. I will never go anywhere else!

I am a newer patient at Pearl Vision-West Main and I absolutely love it. Dr. Richardson is kind, knowledgeable, and patient. She takes the time to answer questions. The staff is amazing as well. They are very helpful and caring. I have had to adjust my frames a couple of times and they have always been available and take my concerns seriously. I was a bit late for my appointment yesterday and Dr. Richardson was able to fit me into her busy schedule to make sure I get the correct contact lenses. I have no complaints. I would recommend anyone who is looking for a team that will look out for them to come here!!
