Dr Doe and his staff are amazing! I had a lot of questions, to which Dr Doe took time to explain my procedure in a lot of detail. Excellent surgical skills as well as being a very empathetic, personable doctor.. I feel very fortunate to have him as my ophthalmologist and highly recommend him.

Have been going to Dr.Doe for many years i put my full trust in him to take care of my eyes he just got done with cataract surgery on both my eyes now i can see so much better i can't believe it if anyone needs this surgery you can trust your eyes to Dr.Doe and his staff

Spent 90 minutes here a week ago for assessment and dr approval for lazer to remove scar tissue from cataract surgery 2 years ago. Understanding the assessment was needed. However came here today to do second eye. 2 min procedure. Have been here since 1015 . It is now 1200and still waiting for procedure. Again had to see nurse for evaluation,doctor for exam. Apparently over booked. Will definitely be looking for new eye doctor. Most other other patients been here 2 hours as well.

My doctor is Dr Butler I love him. He saved my life by finding a tumor after several test. He has been a great doctor for me. I can ask him anything and he answers. The staff has always been very helpful and friendly all of them. It does get frustrating when there is a wait but that's every where. Went to er then 4 emergencies came longer wait but it is what it is. The office is very clean nice restrooms easy to find parking is different but I can always find a place without walking a mile lol. I recommend Paragon Optometry and the staff.

The thought of surgery on your eyes is scary! Dr. Doe and his staff have been comforting and reassuring throughout the entire cataract removal experience and---my vision is much improved! Thank you to all!

I have been seeing Dr. Houck for 2 years now. He's absolutely wonderful and I trust him completely. However, don't ever expect a call back from this office. I don't know why they even have you leave a message. Not once have I received a call back from the person in charge of prescription calls, or a call back from anyone, when I called and asked for a copy of the report of my diagnosis to take to my primary care doctor. It's quite frustrating!

My experience was cataract surgery with Dr. Joseph Doe, and was very positive in all respects. He did an excellent job and there was very little discomfort during and after surgery. I highly recommend him and Paragon Ophthalmology.

I've just had cataract surgery in both eyes two weeks apart and can't rave enough how well it went. I am a retired nurse and respiratory therapist who knows the health care systems and knows how broken the main systems are. Paragon Ophthalmology functions out of the box and has made my experience exceptional. The doctors, my doctor is Dr. Doe, treat people with respect and compassion to the extent that all should in healthcare. You would hope and expect this from the physicians, however everyone in this office is exceptional in this matter of which it operates. I have been going here for about 30 years, and always been cared for as if my issues are the only ones that matter at the time. All are extremely helpful and go out of their way to assist with your needs. I am so grateful for this practice.
