Dr who Checked our vision was very good as was the staff who checked us in for the appointment. We were disappointed with the person who we worked with about glasses and contacts. Last time we were hear, 1 1/2 years ago my wife and I came in at different times. When I checked out I was able to get two pairs of glasses and the eye exam for around 1k, but this year just my wife getting glasses and a few contacts and my eye exam was over 1.2k and I did not get any glasses. For me to get glasses or just lenses was going to be another 1k. Not sure what happened but will have to look elsewhere in the future.

I had a concern about my eye health, and the office was able to get me in quickly, which I really appreciated. Dr. Coin is truly excellent at what he does -- he took his time during the exam, explained everything clearly, and made sure I fully understood what was going on. His technical knowledge of eye health is outstanding, and it's clear he holds himself to a high standard when it comes to patient care. On top of that, everyone in the office was kind, professional, and helpful. It was a great experience from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Dr Gelfius did her classic detailed eye exam. Explained any unique issues that came up. The entire sales staff were very helpful and were able to give good advice about the pros and cons of various glasses. The reason I keep going to Pearl Vision is because the quality of their glasses is awesome and everyone is positive and helpful.

The prices on the glasses here are so much higher than Google prices, I was told today "just charge your insurance" wow. Crazy or don't up-change 50- 200%. Dr James C was great though.

Dr. Gelfius was great to work with. She was thorough and ensured any concerns in my eye scans were addressed, rather than just the droning "better 1, better 2?" routine.
The supporting staff and sales were also great. Friendly, approachable, and helpful.
The only real downside is the selection of frames is somewhat small and pricey compared to more "retail" oriented places. I managed to find a couple pair I like, but I've had challenges with it in the past.
