I've been a patient at this Pearle Vision location for years, so this was disappointing to experience. I arrived six minutes late to my appointment due to traffic caused by a car accident (and called to let them know I was stuck behind an accident). I completely understand that businesses need to keep to their schedules, but being turned away after such a short delay felt a bit unsympathetic, especially after driving across town, arranging childcare, and taking time off work. It also gave the impression that there may be some disorganization in how appointments are managed. Today ended up being a wake-up call for me to find a new eye doctor. Over time, I've also occasionally felt that staff weren't fully familiar with the products, which I recognize can happen with frequent staff turnover. I'm sharing this respectfully after many years of care here, in the hope that the feedback is helpful.

This review is from my eye exam on Monday Aug 11th. I went in to get an eye exam and some glasses. Dr. Cruce was very helpful with a small issue that I had been having with my eyes and even helped me get some lenses that would help alleviate the issue moving forward. In all the years I have been going to the eye doctor, I have always described to them my problem but never got a proper solution. I'm happy that she was able to help me with what I needed and I will definitely be going here from now on whenever I need anything. They were very patient with all my needs and very helpful.
