I broke my glasses overnight, of course not taking them off before going to bed. So I called Modern Optics this morning to find out if my left broken temple on my glasses could be reattached, welded, or etc. The attendant took my call, and stated that 99% of the time they would be able to fix it, but they would of course need to see the frame first. She advised me of the possible pricing, and time that it would take to get it fixed. I dropped off my glasses for inspection, and I was told they would be done in approx. 24 hours, which was OK as well, approx. 1.5 hours later I received a call from the very polite clerk at Modern Optics that my glasses are all set and fixed. I was able to get my glasses dropped off, fixed, and picked up within 2 hours, which is amazing customer assistance. I can only recommend this place, staff, pricing, and customer assistance all very very good. Thanks for an amazing service and repair.

My husband and I had an amazing experience here! After going to three other places and being turned away, we finally found this gem. Amy was so kind and easy to talk to and we had wonderful conversations while we waited. And then came Becky, the absolute angel who worked her magic and fixed my husband's glasses! I broke my nose piece off on my titanium eye glasses and they were able to fix them! The quality of the repair and customer service I received was Top-Notch! That they just got a new customer for life!

I came in to have my dental loupes fixed and this team was wonderful and so kind! My glasses were fixed in less than 3 minutes and they did it all for free. They also recommended a great glasses cleaner for me which I desperately needed. Would come back here anytime!

They took my broken safety glasses, popped out the lens put them in a new frame, made them like brand new! All for only 60 bucks! It took less than an hour. I am amazed, I will definitely be back here. Andy and Amy do great work !

Stopped in as my glasses had broken, they took one look, said it'd be ready in a few hours....it was much shorter time frame. I would recommend everyone to go to Modern Optics for all eye wear. Highly recommend. Very nice people.

Great customer service! They are very friendly and helped me right away. They repaired 3 pairs of my glasses on the spot! I cannot say enough good things!!
