The ladies at the front desk were pleasant, friendly and helpful. Elizabeth was as wonderful as she always is. She is truly a huge asset to your office! Dr. Kimball was very kind and friendly. Additionally he was knowledgeable, professional and very comfortable to be with. While I didn't have time to look at glasses right away, I be back to do so in a couple weeks. The team in that area was very helpful when I explained I had to came back at another time. Overall you've built a great team.

I've been receiving my vision care here for nearly 40 years starting with Dr. Houser and later with Dr. Kimball, when he took over the practice. I've always been extremely satisfied with the care I received from each doctor and their staff. One thing I don't like is having to fill out medical and family history surveys when I've already done that many times before. I understand that things can and do change but most of the requested information does not. Rather than starting from scratch every time, why not email existing patients a link to their record that is already on file and allow them to update it? If information security is a concern, a secure, patient-accessible computer could be provided in the office to complete the process.
