Best in the area for dry eye care - I travel from Canada to see him! A year ago my eyes were so severe I couldn't work, and now I'm back to working in health care and living a normal life. He truly cares about his patients and goes above and beyond. He's also very understanding. Highly recommend Dr. Andrus, I'm grateful to him.

If you suffer from dry eyes, Dr. Andrus is the best doctor to go to. He is compassionate, caring and treats his patients with respect. He is incredibly knowledgeable about dry eyes and has been the most helpful doctor I've ever seen regarding this horrible, chronic condition. I feel so much better since seeing him. I drive 2 hours to see him but I would drive 2 days if I have to. Other doctors in Michigan who claim to treat dry eyes will treat you like a dollar sign and will not have the compassion that Dr. Andrus does. IPL, lacrifill and serum tears have been game changers for me. He is also the only doctor in Michigan that does probing. Thank you so much Dr. Andrus for being an amazing doctor, you are rare and a gem to this state!

Dr. Andrus and his staff were very welcoming, helpful and supportive of my eye care needs. Dr. Andrus listened to me, was highly knowledgeable, and explained things in a way that was easily understandable. It was impressive to me that Dr. Andrus took the time to review my full medical history and was aware of the impact that a rare condition in my history could have on my eye health. He reviewed my retinal images with me explaining not only the anatomy of the eye, but also the subtle changes that are occurring. I feel that because of the time and attention that he provided in educating me I now have the tools I need to better manage my future eye health. I also loved the variety of affordable glass frames that he had in his office for me to select from. I left my appointment feeling cared for, and excited about being able to return.
