I wanted the promotion, which I did mention twice. I was charged more than the promotion cost and yes I know add one cost more. But I was lied to about the eye exam being "free" just minutes before seeing the charge on the receipt .
The first time I went in 2018 was awesome and that's why I went back.
But from now on , I'll be going somewhere else.
They first tried to charge me over $600 . How do you explain that to the people reading this ?

My first experience here wasn't the greatest to say the least. However after leaving a review the manager John reached out and asked about my visit and I was brutally honest. After the conversation he promised to make it right. I went in today and picked up one pair of glasses I absolutely love the other pair I wasn't a fan of and John fixed the problem and is getting me exactly what I wanted from jump. I'll definitely go back to this location again as long as I get john as my representative Thank you John so much for going above and beyond

The receptionist didn't really help my mom and she was confused just sitting in the waiting area when she was just picking up her glasses they took a very long time just for picking up. Not to mention this was our second drive to pick up her second pair, they failed to mention that the second pair was not in when they called the 1st time if we would have known we would have waited l! we had to drive about 2hrs round trip to pick up the second pair, And well restroom had no hand dryer and paper towels so there was no way of drying my hands it was also a bit dirty!
