Service was good, respectful kind but they should always have a counter person that can hand out the glasses that are done. There was only 2 young ladies working out in the atrium area. In no counter person and then when I went back to get my glasses it was the same way that I had to leave then when I came back, a second time I only had a little weight.If there still was no counter person.

Even came in the next day to get a better fit on them and Megan knows right where they need adjusting! The only place I go for glasses, going on 15 years! The best!

We took our son here back in August 2025 to get a new prescription for glasses before school started, and the optometrist found my son had an issue with one of his eyes. So not only did we walk out with a prescription for glasses, but she was kind enough to give us a referral to the children's hospital in Grand Rapids to undergo further testing and examination. I don't remember her name, not sure if there is more than one optometrist but she was wonderful and I'll send EVERYBODY here!!!! Thank you for caring about my sons vision!!

The staff was very nice. As well as the eye exam personnel. The overall experience with getting the eye exam and purchasing glasses went very well. This is a busy store so you will need to be patient and wait for your turn to talk with an optician. They will take the time you need to get your glasses right. Thanks to the staff for all your help.

Helped in choices of Framed and spoke clear and loud enough for my husband could hear, but yet not shouting as other places we tried. Explained everything and was clear on choices of additional items we could add but not forceful on purchasing them. Very nice would refer and go back as well.
