Absolutely disgusting customer service. My mother, a hospice patient, had an appointment yesterday at 1:30. We ran late due to her hospice nurse being a little late. We called to tell them we are on the way. They proceed to tell us when we arrive that we are not 13 mins late but 18 mins late. Her appointment was at 1:25. So they refused to see her and won't reschedule her until the 22nd of june. She will be dead by then. If your insurance covers anywhere else. Use them instead.

I just want to leave a review for Dr. Zima. My dad is a Vietnam vet and had a great experience getting cataracts removed and was so honored by the way she spoke to him and treated him with respect. She even sat with him for his last appointment and just talked about life. He was so happy to be able to see well again.

My experience with Kalamazoo Opthamology was very good. The staff were all friendly and courteous. My procedure went very well and I was very happy. I will be having a second procedure on my other eye in another week or so. Very happy with my experience.

Have been a patient here for years. Front desk staff are welcoming and helpful. Very disappointed in the 5 minute vision acuity testing which is done now by an assistant. Too brief for patients with significant vision issues. Physician treatment (procedure) was done well. Assistant needs to pay closer attention and not touch eyelids with the bottle of drops ( which is used for more than one patient).
