I love going there the staff is so friendly. Dr. Fox is good at explaining everything that she is about to do. Always has a smile . They have a great selection of glasses to choose from also. I recommend to going there.

Nothing more frustrating than a business who doesn't return calls after several attempts and messages left. I was recommended here for my daughter's eye exam but unfortunately wasn't able to connect with anyone to even make the appointment.

Dr. Fox is awesome. I would suggest her to patients of any age. Also the lady that handles the glasses is wonderful. I believe her name is Rebecca. Everyone was great with children including my four year old who was by no means on his best behavior! 5/5 stars hands down! Love this place!!!

Dr. Fox is RUDE and disrespectful to the patient (or parent), if she does not get her way. My 1.5 year old son had a horrible first appointment (not necessarily the doctor's fault), but I knew she did not get a good read on what his prescription should be. Therefore, I took him to get a second opinion at another Pediatric Optometrist in town. The appointment at the second doctor went much better, and turns out, his lens prescription does need to be adjusted. Dr. Fox REFUSED to help us, despite the fact that I sent an updated prescription and was very kind in asking for help. She said she was "happy" to cancel his glasses, and told me to return them. She would rather make a small child go without glasses and find new ones elsewhere, than simply updating his lenses for us. Also, when she told me his condition, she simply gave me a brochure and told me to "google it". Poor care if I've ever seen it.

Dr Fox has mentioned before she had a hard time getting staff to come back after Covid. Well I can see why. She was extremely rude to her employee right in front of us and I was embarrassed and felt bad for her employee. It is clear Covid is not her problem keeping staff, it is not treating her employees with respect. Do better Dr Fox.

Dr. Fox is Rude. My 4 year old son had an appointment with her. The whole appointment I felt rushed. She showed frustration and irritability. She dilated his eyes without saying or explaining what she doing or giving a reason for the dilation. She didn't offer glasses after dilation when stepping out into a bright sunny day. The worse part is when I asked to take a look at the glasses she told me they don't have glasses there. She ASSUMED that because they don't carry glasses that are covered by his insurance that I wouldn't pay out of pocket for it. The correct response would have been yes, you're more than welcome to take a look at them, however we don't have glasses that are covered by his insurance. She should have given me the option. If she had, she would have known that I was already aware and came prepared to pay out of pocket for 2 pair of glasses for him. I guess she assumed I could not afford it. But that's ok, I ended up at INNOVATIVE EYECARE and has an excellent experience there. I paid out of pocket for ea 2nd eye exam and 2 pair of glasses. Then he office had the audacity to call for him to return for an 8 week follow up appointment LOL I WOULD NEVER!

Dr. Fox has been providing eye care for our family of 6 for several years. She came highly recommended for kids. She's great with adults, too.

My kids love going here! Dr Fox is great with kids. Rebecca is one my son wants to visit when we pass by. Great care.
