I was able to see Dr.Keszei soon after calling for an appointment. The intake was easy and on time. His assistant was lovely and the doctor provided a thorough eye exam - including a gentle dilation. When leaving, I was told that the office would reach out to me in 11 months to ensure an annual exam. Within hours I was then sent a summary of my visit by e-mail. Very professional and entirely approachable. The best eye exam I've had in Kalamazoo in over a decade.
