Meijer Optical

Today I picked up my new prescription sunglasses at the Meijer optical on South Westnedge at Kalamazoo location. I have shopped there for the last 25 years. And as usual, everything was wonderful. My order was exactly as I had ordered. Lilly who took care of me was gracious, kind, and knowledgeable about everything that I purchased there. I'm very thankful that I've had this relationship with them for these many years because the convenience and ease makes it very enjoyable. Keep up the good work.

I took my daughter to get her glasses here. Lilly at the front desk was so helpful with information and answering our questions. The doctor was great too, very knowledgeable, and very friendly. I would recommend anyone to go there except for someone who wears gas permeable contacts like me, they can't do that. But for glasses or soft lenses meijers is a great choice.

I had my first eye appointment today and new glasses picked out! I really liked the conversation with Dr. Martin and her knowledge base. I was looking for an accessible office and this office is very accessible with automatic doors and a large exam room. Lilly is very accommodating and will help you find the right pair and more than willing to help. I will be back every year for an eye check up!!

Lilly was a joy to work with. she made dealing with my insurance and helped me pick out the glasses after my exam. the DR was great and very patient. i was having allergy issues that made the exam take longer than it should (all my allergies fault) and then the Dr gave me great allergy advice

My wife and I recently purchased new glasses through Meijer Optical on South Westnedge in Portage. A young lady, named Lily, assisted us with ordering glasses, picking out frames, and taking care of the insurance paperwork. Lily also took care of us when we returned to pick up our new glasses. I love this Meijer Optical! Have been going here for 4 years now and always receive the best care. Lilly and Dr.Martin were OUTSTANDING at my last appointment. Can't recommend them enough.

Lilly is the best person ever in the world! Not only did Walmart screw me over and made my RX wrong they wouldn't fix it. First of all they scheduled me and my wife and I told them what insurance we have, my wife, none, and I have eyemed. After doing the exam they charge my wife and me both and when I asked about my insurance they said they don't deal with my insurance??? I guess 1 out of 2 isn't bad??? They just told me the RX is what we have on file and told me they couldn't do anything about it. Not even, hey let's check your eye again or anything. So I went to Meijer on Westnedge where they do take my insurance and Lilly took care of me. She is amazing and deserves a BIG FAT RAISE!! Also I have to say Dr Martin is amazing also. She did my exam and found out the RX was not right and off by more than marginal. Thanks again Meijer Optical, you rock!

Lillian did a wonderful job of fixing my sunglasses that were bent out of shape. She took the time to make sure they fit right, and cleaned them. Lillian is a very personable friendly lady and makes your visit very pleasant. She is a great contribution to your staff.
