I saw Dr Altwaij for a scratch on my cornea. He is absolutely amazing!!! Very thorough and takes his time to explain everything. Went back today for a complete eye exam. He is so kind and caring! Also, the staff is very friendly! Highly recommend. 5 stars plus!!!

Both of my parents went here and my dad was type 1 diabetic. Everybody is in a good mood and the place looks nice inside as well. There always updates the equipment too. Recently I was talking to one of the doctors & mentioned I could not find any frames I liked (they don't sell frames at this place) and he was able to find the exact pair I have and like really well via on eBay so I ordered them and they are the exact same ones!! Also they recommended tear duck plugs a few years ago (for dry eye) and they work great & I have had zero issues with them!

Dr Bonafede and staff were awesome. Dr Bonafede helped me decide which lens would be best. He showed kindness and compassion when I had a ton of questions and anxiety about the cataract procedure. I can see fantastic no glasses. His entire staff was so helpful and kind from scheduling, insurance coverage, all the way to the end of the surgeries. Thank you Fraser eye center.

I am a newer patient to the office. I see Dr. Bonafede I was just in the office today and he was going over all of my other physicians notes that he had received regarding my medical conditions and care. I complimented him on how thorough of a physician he is. It's rare these days that a doctor even cares what another doctor thinks let alone takes the time to read, what your other physicians have to say from your last doctor visits. All of his staff and the girls that work side-by-side him have been nothing but wonderful, each and every time I've been in the office. Nicole is truly a sweetheart, but they all deserve recognition! Six years ago, I came to this practice because I was completely blind. A different practice told me I had an eye infection, there was nothing they could do for me, and ran out of the room after spending less than 5 minutes with me. I came here for a second opinion. Dr. Patel ran some tests and found out that my eyes were not infected at all. I had reversible cornea damage, and my vision would be restored as soon as they could get a new lens created for my glasses. He was right. They ordered a new pair of glasses for me, and my vision was restored! He literally made the blind see. I have seen 4 eye practices in Metro-Detroit, and this place is by far the best. I had an eye exam with Dr. St. Louis today. She was thorough, on time, and I was out in less than 30 minutes. She is very professional. This practice means so much to me, and I am very happy with their service.
