Am really happy with Normandy optical, the staff is very efficient and especially nice. They go out of their way to work with your insurance and give you the best deal for your budget. Dr Sesto is the best doctor too. I have sent many friends there and they are happy too .

Wonderful experience as always! Started going to this specific location 5 years ago. Every staff member I come in contact with throughout my visit is absolutely great! I have had the same strong prescription for a couple decades now and they have been the only place to recommend using my medical insurance to cover my contacts! NOONE has ever suggested that or told me that I would qualify or even if that would potentially be an option. That all started out with Dr. Sesto who it is clear as day truly cares about the patient and their eye health! I have only ever had great experiences with every other doctor after that! Highly recommend as I have only ever had problems with having optometrists listen to me about any eye issues I may have. They always listen, validate, and explain and issues or questions I may be having with my eyes or contacts!

Stopped by Rochester location to drop off my glasses so I could get a new sunglass clip. Turned out I was overdue for a checkup. They were able to fit me in for an exam right then. Worked with Lisa, Jordyn and Dr. Long. Very efficient, everything was explained well, and Lisa made sure I had lots of options and was comfortable with my choice of glasses. Thanks!

I had a wonderful experience at Normandy Opticals for my eye exam, frames, and lenses. The process was smooth from the start. I was able to schedule my appointment online, and upon arrival, I was warmly received and only needed to provide my license and insurance card for validation.
The staff assisted with the initial measurements with great care and precision, followed by Dr. John, who conducted the eye exam. He took the time to answer all my questions about LASIK options and guided me patiently.
Kelly in the optical section deserves special recognition. She is full of energy and made the frame selection process so much easier. From helping me narrow down choices from 10 to 3, to explaining lens options and walking me through the insurance details in depth, her assistance was outstanding.
I also appreciate Cheyenne, who called ahead of time and clarified my doubts patiently.
Overall, a fantastic experience! If you are around Rochester (or even a bit farther), I highly recommend Normandy Opticals for eye exams, contact lens exams, and their wide variety of eyewear.
