The doctor, and desk staff, are amazing. The optician assistant is, usually, very nice. There was a different lady, this time, and she was nice, but seemed like she was switching moods, preoccupied, or a little impatient. I didn't like that, too much. The other optician is, usually, very friendly, and gives her opinion, on glasses, if you ask. This one was more stoic, and detached.

Waited 1 hour and 10mins to be taken in the back, only to be told I'd have to go back in the lobby and wait again after 5 mins of testing. I let them know I had only allocated 1.5 hours for this appointment, so the doctor had to rush and do everything in under 10 mins. Not ideal when it's a yearly eye appt that had been scheduled months in advance. After being a patient for 15+ years I'm very disappointed.

I would put a negative if I could. I took off work to get a test done and all she was worried about were my glasses. I said I am here for this test and she says well I don't have time to do it now and how is that my problem. Optical basically stole my money. They have no idea how to do glasses correctly. I definitely will never go back there. Found and new one and they did my glasses perfectly. They wear them for a week and I said so you want me to crash my car and are you going to pay for it.

The office staff and Dr. Hakimzadeh's assistant 's are friendly, courteous and professional. The office is very comfortable and there is a large selection of eyeglasses to choose from.
Dr. Hakimzadeh makes you feel at ease. She is very knowledgeable and thorough. She explains everything and answers all questions. I left her office on my first visit very confident that all my needs will be taken care of the best way possible. I will recommend Dr. Hakimzadeh to all my friends and family without a doubt.
