Dr Adina Blum is excellent! Before you even see the doctor, you are welcomed by the most lovely, most professional ladies ever!! The staff there is one of the best I have been and I've been to quite a lot of medical offices in my lifetime. The quality of my eye exam by Dr Blum was very thorough. Dr Blum made me feel very comfortable from begining to end. Her very first statement before the exam was "there are no wrong answers". Had my first ever adult eye exam today with Dr. Blum! She was so sweet and explained everything thoroughly. Every single gal that worked in the front were such a treat and brought this warm vibe. Thankful for all of the gals there! :) Officially apart of the glasses gang

I had a very disappointing experience with this Pearle Vision location. Dr. Blum was very kind and knowledgeable but she was unfortunately the only positive part of my experience. Be careful with their pricing: they lure you in by telling you the cost of the frames, then stack on an insane amount of additional charges. I have a simple, single-vision prescription and insurance, yet I still ended up paying $279 out of pocket for one of their 'cheaper' frame options and that was after declining their warranty, blue light, and scratch resistant add-on fees. Other eyeglass providers like Warby Parker include lens protection warranty, UV protection, and anti-glare at no extra cost--meanwhile Pearle Vision charges extra for every little thing. (For full pricing details for a single-vision pair of glasses the total was $699.97. My insurance paid $453.98 and I was invoiced for 270.99 and they tack on a credit card fee of 3% as well to arrive at $279. The frame itself was way overpriced at $289.99 and online they retail for $135 through LensCrafters.) The most frustrating part was the lack of transparency on their policies. I realized after leaving that I was being overcharged and called less than 15 minutes after placing my order to cancel. I was told there are no cancellations or returns. They claimed this was stated on the invoice, but I wasn't even given the invoice until after I had paid, and the policy is tucked away on the back page where you'd never see it anyways. I tried to resolve this in person; the assistant manager was nice and promised a manager would call me to discuss a refund or discount, but nobody ever reached out. I eventually just picked up the glasses to cut my losses and never have to deal with them again. Save your money and go somewhere with transparent, reasonable pricing and better customer service.

Completed an eye exam for myself and my husband today and we both have nothing but good things to say about Dr. Blum and the entire staff. It's very rare these days to walk into any business and be greeted and with smiles, and it was New Year's Eve morning nonetheless! Dr. Blum was so patient, kind, and thorough, which made us both feel very comfortable. This will definitely be our go-to vision service moving forward!

All of the women in the store were kind and welcoming right when I walked in the door. Dr. Liberman was wonderful. He is very knowledgeable and was very thorough throughout my exam. As this being the first time I have needed glasses, I appreciated him taking the time to make sure I understood everything I needed to know and answering all questions I had. When picking out glasses several of the women jumped at the opportunity to help me. A special shout out to Nita who went above and beyond helping not only myself, but my sister and mother as well. Thanks!

Nice people and good doctors who carefully examined my wife's eyes and my own. We used our insurance and it covered some of the costs for exams. However, since they have almost exclusively designer frames (which are pricey), and our insurance covered a small portion of lens prescription, we went to Costco to get ours filled.

The experience was lovely. Greeted with smiles and great customer service. Dr was patient and answered questions. The staff was amazing Jazzy was very helpful provided great style options and explained why they work best.

The lens appeared cracked on the Cartier eyeglasses, that I only wear for special occasion. I went to the optique, and was greeted as a second glass citizen. The technician and the manager just brushed me off. First, the technician said that the screw was over tightened, I mentioned that no one touched the screw except the optique. Then she called the manager who said that glasses are too old and I gotta buy a new set of lenses. Both were very rude. I will be contacting Cartier, as well, to let them know about this incident.
