I got glasses there last year early this year. When I was told they was ready I couldnt see with them then doctor they was wrong. Then 2 days later said good not. Then later said made mistake wrong. These are the worst glasses I have ever had. I tried for 8 months and have gone back to my old glasses from other glass place in paw paw now no headaches.

Have been a patient for 2 years. Went in today for my 6 month. The doctor doesn't remember seeing me, talked to me as if this was first appointment and we have "have base data to ho forward" I had to tell them they have done all these test every 6 months. Then he found previous scans and responded," ok all is fine see you in 6 months." No I don't think you will.

Called for an appointment because they were one of very few places that said they took my insurance, had many reminder calls, but then after my eye exam, they mention that my insurance isn't covered there. Lied to and not told until the exam was over, lost $150 plus a 1/4 tank of gas. Do not recommend.

Used to go to one in St Joe Michigan. I haven't been to South Haven yet but it looks like it would be easier to go there instead of going to Saint Joe. The last the time I went to Saint Joseph their parking lot had big craters in it...lol

If I could leave no stars I would. Worst experiences ever. I showed up 30 minutes early. Somebody that was an hour late for their appointment got pushed through because she knew/related to 2 people in the office. I then waited 15 minutes after my appointment to try and give them the benefit of the doubt. But after almost 20 minutes I left. Never again will I go here. Worst experience ever. I didn't get my appointment that I showed up on time because I'm responsible just for somebody that wasn't responsible about their time to go and during my appointment time. And the receptions are very rude on the phone. If your insurance can be taken anywhere else go there. You'll just waste your time here.
