If you have an elderly, hard of hearing patient to take to the office ask for Monica M! This review is for her kindness and understanding with my mom. As we walked down the hall I mentioned that my mom has great difficulty hearing. Monica was fabulous!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. If people think the St. Joe location is awful, this is a close second. When appointments are scheduled, clients are usually told to be here 15 minutes early. Not sure why it takes over an hour to be seen by a doctor when our appointment was an hour earlier. We were told that they didn't have enough rooms open this morning and the lobby is stacked packed with people. This is not the first time we have experienced this at this location. How disappointing that a business cannot time manage.
