Dr. Fatima was pleasant, thorough, knowledgeable and took the time to answer any questions. She didn't order unnecessary tests, medications or frequent office visits, unlike my previous ophthalmologist and I felt better about my condition thanks to her care.

I went to see a doctor Fatima on August 13. I was seeing the technician did my exam. She was asking me to choose 13 14, or 14, 15? . I chose one and said they're both still blurry. She told me to choose the best one that I could see OK that was fine. I chose the best one then she told me the doctor would see me. She took me to another room. A doctor walked in with a white coat, which was I assume doctor Fatima, who they said I would see she did not do an exam she signed off on the paper and that was it. I was wondering from that time now I just picked up my glasses today. I'm at 19th And I cannot see so needless to say I am not very happy that Dr. Fatima went off of a technician, not even a licensed ophthalmologist and I just paid $500 for some glasses so I'm hoping that when they return my call that they can correct this for me Until then I will not be going back.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Very unprofessional. I got an eye injury in the middle of the workday and called to ask for an emergency visit. I specifically asked if they accepted my insurance, and they said yes. After check-in, a nurse check-up, and another waiting room--over an hour in total--someone finally came up to me and said they actually don't take my insurance and that the visit could cost up to $400. Save yourself the hassle. There are much better places around here.

Would not recommend. It's 40 minutes and counting past my mom's appointment time and we're still waiting in the lobby. No acknowledgement of patients or any updates on how much longer we have to wait. And I know once we're called back there will be additional wait times. I always thought the purpose of an appointment was to be respectful of the patient as well as the doctor time It takes minutes before anyone acknowledge you at the window.

Dr. Elnick and her team were very nice. Always their patients tell me that all the doctors and staff are nice here. This is a great place to have an eye exam.

Caution - Expect long waits here Over the last 3 years the time to complete an appointment has drown longer and longer. The wait in the outside lobby has grown to at least 30 minutes and I always schedule 8:30 or 9:00 am appointments. Next, you are taken to the exam room where you go through basic eye checks. Then you are taken to another waiting room to wait to be seen by the physician. The wait here is typically 10-20 minutes. After you finally make it back to the exam room the physician arrives in another 5-15 minutes. I suppose if the care here were exceptional, the wait may be worth it. And it's not. They obviously overbook the appointments here. Wait times 45mins-Hour. I'm not sure why either because the staff is not friendly or knowledgeable. The attendant told me that a stye and chalazion is the same thing. NO. They're not. One is a blocked meibomian gland, A stye is an infection of the eyelash follicles. She argued with me. Never going there again.

Deborah, Kathryn and all the doctors are so friendly and service oriented. Nice selection of glasses and the contact lenses are priced very fair. Never a long wait to be seen and the parking is easy in easy out.
