I have been attending for Chris, the PT. He is an excellent proffesional. I always received the best care, very polite and attentive, asking me how I am feeling all the time. The neck pain I had for a long, long time is gone now; he speaks spanish sometimes, which make me feel very confortable because is my first language. Thanks a lot.

Helpful, professional, and relaxed. Everyone is super nice here. I had Chris Edwards as my main PT. I felt really well taken care of and listened to. Chris showed me loads of muscle building exercises and anytime I needed clarification and reminders of exercises he was on top of it either through email or in person. Great experience all around.

ATI was a referral from my PCM during stay at home order time. So happy they were open! Jewels called immediately when she got the referral. Got an appt right away and Greg is fantastic! The facility is very nice, his treatment of my knee issues seems to be working. He is certified in dry needling which is used to loosen up stiff muscles, like my quads. He or Jewels are very attentive during exercises! I've had PT before and this is one of the best facilities I've been too. Scheduling has not been a problem. Definitely recommend this place.

I went today at 4pm to have my PT appointment. I got many texts from ATI that the therapists would be wearing masks and the patients were asked to wear masks or some face covering as well. I was assured that this would happen. When I arrived, there were two clients signing in without masks. I am a senior with a heart condition and did not feel comfortable if others were not wearing masks. I thought that the people checking in would need to leave, but Chris said that he does not make the rules. I had to leave rather then them. My understanding is that masks ARE the rule, but at the Central SE location that is not happening. I like the therapists at ATI but I hope that everyone gets on the same page.
