I needed a test to get a prescription refilled. I called to make an appointment, and when I got there Dr. Milo decided she wanted to do a regular eye exam instead. I just got new glasses a few months back. I didn't need an eye exam. I need the medicine that keeps my lupus under control. She wasted my time and money and decided I need to come back in a month for the actual appointment I needed.

I love this place! The staff is so knowledgeable and kind. They always go above and beyond. I've never waited more than 5-10mins to see the doctor. They've fixed my frames when they needed new nose pads, and replaced my lenses when I cracked them on accident. Angie is great and always helps find the best pricing and they work with you when it comes to the cost. I 10 out of 10 recommend this location. I've been coming for years and have never had anything below a phenomenal experience.

I went in to get my sunglasses tightened, but since I didn't purchase them from them and I bought them online, they said they weren't able to do it and said that's the downfall of buying glasses online so I went I called optimize and they said they could do it no problem if I could give them zero stars I would

Bumming.
Everybody here was super nice but they absolutely botched my eye exam.
Got a new prescription from them for my eyes after 10 years of not having any adjustments, ordered 2 pairs of new glasses, put them on, and my vision was terrible.
Put my old scratched up glasses back on, could see better.
Welp, throwing new glasses away, what a waste of money.

I called today to make an appointment for an eye exam. The first woman I spoke to I believe her name was Maryann? Very rude. Upon answering I told her I "possibly" wanted to make an appointment, really just used that word because it's so hard to get into places anymore, and she sounded confused then asked what I wanted? So I explained I was due for an eye exam and she was like "Okay? So do you wanna make an appointment or not because you said possibly?" Not sure why I was given an attitude because obviously I want to make an appointment for an eye exam I wouldn't have called if not.. Everything was then redeemed by Jody because she was very sweet and helped me after with some insurance issues with patience & kindness that Maryann clearly lacked.

She also did everything she could to get me the best price,and where else can you go and get a full size glasses cleaning kit just for getting your glasses there, that's a big deal. I will never go anywhere else. The staff and especially Crystal are the best
